TM2480B Vacuum film covering machine

General Introduction:

This machine can be used to paste PVC on furniture, cabinets, speakers, relief doors, decoration panels for walls and other abnormal decoration shapes. With a special silicon sheet, it can also work with hot transfer and veneer (real wood).

Features:

1.  Machine’s operation is fully automatic and digitalized control. Main electrical parts used “Schneider” “Weidmuller” famous brand, other components are supplied by famous domestic enterprises with good quality. The temperature is controlled by computer chips so that the heating speed is adjustable and the temperature can be perfectly managed.

2.  Use infrared heating system and high quality heat preservation material, which can ensure even heating and energy saving.

3.  This machine uses integrated movement electromotor. It produces less noise and seldom breaks down; the movement of plate is very smooth.

4.  This machine uses the “ZD” brand vacuum pump which adopts German technology and features low noise, freedom from pollution and long-time service.

5.Large volume vacuum tank. It charges with double channels so that it can work with strong power.

A wealth of optional devices is available, which can extend the performance functions and convenience.

The following is magnetic blocks, in order to cover the edge of work piece, the width and length are 5cm, and height is 1.5cm, inside high tensile magnet. The working table is made of steel plate, it is very convenient to fix the blocks on the table and make them up the size we need, and its surface is skid-resistant to avoid translocation of work piece. Before we used the MDF, but which is easy to break, remove work piece and fall off wood chips.
