MBF-900 Wrapping Machine

This machine can wrap the PVC film or PP film on the whole piece of door panel, especially for flat panel of PVC door and flat door.

Features：

1, this machine uses the Electromagnetic brake, which matches the tensioner to control the degree of tightness of PVC film, guaranteeing consistent resistance. PVC roller shaft adopts air expansion shaft, which is very convenient. (Left picture)

2, the standing bar bases can be adjusted, linear guide to ensure high precision. If the work piece is a little narrow, we can adjust standing bars to ensure the rate of finished products. (Right picture)

3, Using high accuracy gear transmission, right and left bottom wheels in 4 teams are symmetrical, these ensure the precision and life. (Left picture)

4, The glue tank assembly is made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel and copper alloy, with high fitting accuracy, it guarantees the effective glue spreading. (Right picture)

5,The key components of electrical system use international branded products such as ”Schneider”, ”Omron”,” Delta”,  travel system is controlled by frequency governor which is Taiwanese brand ”Delta”.

6, Electronic deviation rectification keep watch on PVC film travel, it can automatically adjust the roller if the PVC film in deviation.
