MBF-300C Cold and hot glue wrapping machine

General Introduction:
The machine can be used to paste veneer, soaked lacquer paper with hot glue and also PVC and soaked paper with cold glue.

Features:
1. The cold glue system and the hot glue system are in the same frame. The resource is made best use.

2. Bottom wheel and pressing wheel are using silicon rubber and aluminum. They are hard to abrade and does not stick to the hot sol.

3. The transmission system adopts the high precise gear. Precision is good and hard to abrade.

4. The hot glue case and the hot glue tray are heated at the same time. It can produce a large quantity. They do not add the glue often.

5. Rolling paint the hot glue, and scraping paint cold glue.

6. Main electrical parts used “Schneider”,”Weidmuller” famous brands.

NOTICE:

1. If covering veneer, the textile must be on the back of veneer, otherwise the veneer is easy to breach on the sharp angle.

2. Hot glue: high temperature hot melt glue, which is different with Edge Banding Machine glue.

3. Both of PVC and veneer, the wrapping width is less than 300mm

Payment:30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment( in advance 2 weeks before shipment).
